Dwaeji Restaurant Duljjae is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Itaewon Station in Seoul that serves Iberico and pork. Staff grill the meat at the table and serve it with gosari, mu ssam, wasabi, myeongi namul and sauce. A grill plate absorbs the smoke so less of it settles in your clothes, and the meat is cooked to the doneness you ask for. The Iberico pork collar is cut thick like a steak and can be finished as jjachi gye.
