Ajiyang (AJ BBQ)

Ajiyang is a lamb restaurant in Itaewon, Seoul, where lamb chops and lamb loin are grilled over charcoal. Staff grill the lamb chops and lamb loin from start to finish, and they are served with truffle, herb and wasabi salt, ginger and olives. The meat is tender and free of gamey smell, so first-time lamb eaters can eat it easily, and the meal can be finished with doenjang ramen or eel rice bowl. Pickled onion is served on the side.
