Ilmi Jangeo

Ilmijangeo is an eel restaurant in Seoul that serves freshwater eel grilled with salt over charcoal, using only perilla oil and sea salt. The grilled eel comes out with ginger and buchu, and maeuntang and fried eel bones are served alongside. The eel rice bowl includes half an eel, while the eel set meal includes one whole eel. The rice bowl has a small portion of rice, and the overall meal size is on the small side.
