Eunseong is a decades-old Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves budae jjigae and modum gui. The modum gui is beef, onions, and sausage grilled in butter and eaten with ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, and the budae jjigae is a spicy stew with old-style ham and bean sprouts. The broth is beef bone broth boiled for several days, and the interior is worn but clean. Portions are on the small side.
