Damotori Hieut is a bar in Haebangchon, Seoul, that serves a range of makgeolli with dishes such as galbi and seafood kimchi jeon. Its makgeolli sampler brings five small glasses, labelled and described on the menu, drawn from that day's recommendations or from what you want to try. The food portions are generous and the room is not loud, so it works for long conversations. The space is not large, so seats run out when it is busy.
