Yaksan Sundae Guk

Yaksan Sundae Guk is a sundae guk restaurant on the basement first floor of a securities building in Yeouido. It serves sundae guk and bone haejang guk, with the sundae guk using a clear, light broth containing sundae and head meat, seasoned with buchu, saeujeot, deulkkae garu, and dadeagi. At lunchtime the basement dining area fills with office workers, and the seasoning is provided separately so diners add it to taste. The meat is a little less chewy.
