Useom

Useom is a Korean beef restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, serving hanwoo omakase and steak. Its signature courses, such as the Sang course and Hyang course, grill several cuts of hanwoo and continue through a meal and dessert. In seats divided like rooms, a chef grills the meat and explains the combinations of cuts and sauces. At lunch, large pieces of meat are served with rice and muksabal, making for a large meal.
