Spectrum

Spectrum is a hotel buffet at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in Yeouido, Seoul, focused on Asian and Western dishes. It serves Peking duck, lobster, LA galbi, tomahawk steak, cakes and macarons, along with unlimited liqueur. Reserving in advance gets a table and one main dish per person, and the lobster is cooked to order. The sashimi and sushi selection is limited.
