Hyott is a Vietnamese restaurant in the basement of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, serving beef pho and pork rice bowls. The beef pho uses a broth simmered for over 12 hours with Hanwoo bone marrow and shank, while the pork rice bowl pairs garlic-and-chili-seasoned meat with garlic stems and egg. The spicy beef pho has a rich broth in which spice notes come through ahead of heat. The spicy pho is strong and salty.
