Yeosu Dwaeji Gukbap

Yeosudwaeji Gukbap serves pork gukbap in Yeosu, built around bean sprouts and lean meat. The clear red broth holds plenty of soft head meat with almost no fat, and suyuk can be ordered alongside. Gukbap and suyuk can be ordered together, and saeujeot comes on the side even though the base seasoning is already in place. At lunchtime a crowd gathers and a wait forms.
