Yeosu Memil Sikdang

Near Yi Sun-sin Square in Yeosu, Memil Sikdang is a makguksu restaurant that serves buckwheat noodles with gat kimchi and yuja. The gatmul makguksu comes in an icy broth with gat kimchi, while the yuja bibim makguksu pairs buckwheat noodles with a mild yuja aroma and a sweet-and-sour sauce. Food comes out quickly, the large, clean dining room has air conditioning, and children's noodles are free. The memil jeonbyeong is warm and chewy, and the kkwong wang mandu are filled with large pieces of meat and vegetables.
