Geobukseon Eo is a seonhoe (aged raw fish) restaurant at the entrance of Yeosu Nangman Pocha. Its representative dishes are aged samchi hoe and assorted hoe, eaten wrapped in gim with seasoned rice, sliced onion, and aged kimchi. The third-floor window seats look out over the Yeosu sea, and the owner explains the order in which to eat the hoe. After the main seonhoe, a clear soup is served, and the texture is softer than live-fish hoe.
