Yunggane Bajirak Kalguksu

Yunggane Bajirak Kalguksu is a restaurant in Ongnyeon-dong, Incheon, serving bajirak kalguksu and kongguksu at the foot of Cheongnyangsan. Its kalguksu uses a generous amount of bajirak in a cool broth, with aged noodles that stay chewy rather than going soft. The first course is boribap, mixed with yeolmu kimchi and gochujang sauce. On weekends, waiting is standard.
