Yeonhui Nokdu Samgyetang

Yeonhui Nokdu Samgyetang is in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, near Sareoga, and serves one dish: nokdu samgyetang. The chicken, rice, and mung beans arrive together in a ttukbaegi with kkakdugi, kimchi, and a glass of insamju. The food takes some time to reach the table and is very hot. The broth is thick from the mung beans, which makes it heavy for a palate that prefers a clean broth.
