Jineo Chamchi

Jineo Chamchi is a tuna restaurant in Yeonnam, Seoul, near Yeontral Park, and focuses on bluefin tuna served by cut. The tuna is presented with an explanation of each part, and diners eat it with salt and wasabi rather than gim or soy sauce. Reservations are required, and at the chef's counter the chef describes each cut while serving sides such as soy-marinated shrimp and grilled eel. There is no gim or soup, and the number of side dishes is limited.
