Fresh

Fresh is a restaurant across from Olive Young on the way to Hongdae Station that serves Japanese ramen, udon, and handmade dumplings. It offers thin-noodle special ramen, pork udon with grilled samgyeopsal and radish on top, and pan-fried dumplings with thin skins. Dumplings can be ordered by phone or for takeout, and are dipped in a small dish of soy sauce with vinegar added. The small space has only 4 to 6 seats, so a wait forms.
