Cheongbaeg

Cheongbaek is a bar-style gukbap restaurant in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving clear pork gomtang, naengmyeon, and cold pork. The pork gomtang is made with hot rice topped with thinly sliced pork collar, and the cheong naengmyeon uses the same broth with thin ramen-style noodles. The space has only counter seats facing the open kitchen and fits about six people. Seating is not suited to groups and the counter layout makes conversation difficult.
