Hongdaeipgu Station is a transfer station bordering the busy streets at the center of Hongdae in Seoul. Riders transfer between Line 2, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Airport Railroad, and street performances, food, and entertainment continue around the station. Exit 1 has a CGV, Exit 8 has a Lotte Cinema, and Exit 3 has a park. The exits and gates on the Airport Railroad and Gyeongui Line sides are crowded.
