Gyeongui Line Forest Park

Gyeongui Line Forest Park is a roughly 6 km urban park built on the abandoned Gyeongui Line railway bed, starting from Exit 3 of Hongdae Station. Along the old rail traces are tree-lined paths, walking trails, and bike lanes, with restaurants and small shops nearby. Small streams, fountains, and benches sit in sections throughout, and visitors can park in a public lot and walk from there. The section passing Hongdae Station draws many foreign and young visitors, so it is not a quiet area.
