Tsukatsuka

Tsukatsuka is a tonkatsu shop in an alley near Busan National University of Education Station in Busan. The cutlets are fried crisp on the outside and cooked tender inside, and they are eaten with pa kimchi. The flavor is varied with a basic sauce, wasabi, yuzu, and salt. The chairs are uncomfortable.
