The Party City Hall Branch is a buffet restaurant on the first basement floor of a wedding hall in Busan, near a subway station. Diners serve themselves steak, seafood, bakery items and other dishes. When events overlap, dining time is limited and the food line alone takes over 20 minutes. When weekend ceremonies and group events pile up, seating is tight and empty dishes are refilled slowly.
