Pungmi Agujjim

Pungmi Agujjim is a monkfish restaurant in Busan, reached by heading from the Busan Provincial Police Agency toward Geoje. It serves agujjim, agusuyuk, and agutang, with the saeng-agujjim combining moist flesh and bean sprouts in a thick, spicy seasoning, and the ppoljjim showing the heat of cheongnyangcho and a firm texture. The agutang has a rich broth, and the side dishes are kimchi, miyeokjulgeori, eomuk, and vinegar-pickled radish. For people who cannot handle spicy food, even the basic level of heat is burdensome.
