Oneuldo Hoejip

Today's Hoejip is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant near Oncheoncheon in Busan that serves assorted hoe and maeuntang. The assorted hoe comes on a plate with a few slices arranged on a stone garnish, and the hoe and side dishes are served neatly. It stays open until 11 p.m. and the hall has about eight tables, so on weekends a line forms from early evening. The maeuntang is served free of charge.
