Kagawa

Kagawa is a restaurant near the Busan courthouse that serves cold udon, soba, bukkake udon, and tonkatsu. The bukkake udon uses chewy hand-made noodles, and the tonkatsu is fried until crisp. At lunch there is always a wait, so arriving around 11:30 to 11:40 a.m. is the only way to get a table. The tonkatsu is thinly sliced, so anyone expecting a thick cut will be disappointed.
