Gukdaedaepeo

Gukgadaepyo is a grilled-meat restaurant in Busan that serves all-you-can-eat samgyeopsal (pork belly), daepae samgyeopsal, pork collar and galbi. Nine cuts, including pork jowl, gabrisal and beef samgyeop, are grilled on a thick griddle. Drinks, alcohol, vegetables and sauces are taken from a self-service bar, while doenjang jjigae, ramyeon, naengmyeon (cold noodles) and rice must be ordered separately. Food ordered arrives after a wait.
