Choego Dak Kalguksu

Choe-go Dak Kalguksu is a chicken restaurant near the courthouse in Busan that serves kalguksu made with half a whole chicken. The noodles are made in-house and served in a thick chicken bone broth, with spicy silbi kimchi on the side. The broth comes out on the thick and rich side. The cabbage kimchi is mildly spicy, so it is difficult to eat for those who are weak to spicy food.
