Bukcheong Milmyeon

Bukcheong Milmyeon is an old milmyeon restaurant in Busan that serves mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon. The mul milmyeon has chewy noodles in a light broth scented with sesame oil, while the bibim milmyeon is coated in a thick, sweet sauce. The bibim milmyeon arrives already mixed rather than with the sauce placed on top, and kalguksu is also sold in winter. Card payment is not accepted.
