Bokseonggak is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk next to Gukje Milmyeon. Its chadol jjamppong comes with a garlicky, refreshing broth, and the chapssal tangsuyuk is bite-sized and chewy with plenty of meat. At lunchtime there are almost no empty seats, and reservations come with a service menu item. Fried rice cannot be ordered, and the only rice dish is jjamppong bap.
