Agangchun

Agangchun is a Chinese restaurant near Oncheonjang in Busan that serves dishes such as fried eggplant and dumplings. Fried eggplant is the signature dish, and fried items including menbosha, tangsuyuk and kkanpunggi are also on the menu. The jjamppong is made with pork broth rather than clam broth, so it carries the sweetness of the vegetables. Menu prices run on the high side.
