Hong Boseok

Hongboseok is a Chinese restaurant in Dongsam-dong, Busan, looking out over Busan's outer harbor, and serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its tangsuyuk is fried crisp in an old-style batter rather than a glutinous rice starch batter, and the noodles are green. There is a room called Taejong Room and a round table that seats about ten, and the kitchen runs without a break so a late lunch is possible. Parking space is on the scarce side.
