Haedae Imo

Haedae Imo is a hoe restaurant at the entrance of Korea Maritime and Ocean University in Busan, serving wild-caught raw fish and eel soup. The hoe is chewy, comes with sea lettuce, and the maeuntang is eaten with sancho powder added. Walk-ins are difficult without a reservation, and the fish is caught by the owner, who takes a boat out himself. Mulhoe does not come with maeuntang, and prices are on the high side.
