Dowon Chamchi Mulhoe

Dowon Chamchi Mulhoe is a restaurant near the entrance of the Yeongdo haenyeo village in Busan that serves tuna mulhoe and tuna tail steak. Diners lift out the tuna and vegetables and eat them over rice, then mix in vinegar and broth to make a Pohang-style mulhoe, and the spicy tuna tail steak comes out alongside. Banchan are served with the meal, and the tuna mulhoe portion is generous. The broth is on the sweet side.
