Cheonghae Susan

Cheonghae Susan is a restaurant inside Bongnae Market in Yeongdo, Busan, serving assorted hoe (raw fish platter) with flounder, rockfish (ureok), and other fish selected by season. The hoe is cut thick, and the thickness can be adjusted when ordering; it comes with sushi rice and aged kimchi. The sushi rice is refillable, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) is served at no extra charge. The dining room is small, food comes out slowly when the restaurant is crowded, and parking is inconvenient.
