Buheung Sikdang in Busan serves Jeju-style damselfish (jaridom) hoe and hairtail soup. The damselfish hoe comes without broth and with plenty of cucumber mixed in, closer to a bibimbap-style raw fish bowl than a typical mulhoe. Hairtail soup and hairtail stew are also on the menu. Cucumber is the main vegetable and is used in large amounts, so avoid this dish if you dislike cucumber.
