Sinheungwon

Sinheungwon is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The samseon jjajang has little oily aftertaste, and for the tangsuyuk the pieces without sauce are crisp while the sauce-coated pieces are chewy. At lunch, many customers are older, and families eat there with children. The ganjjajang comes with a separately pre-fried sauce, and the noodles can remain watery or become soggy.
