Yugdaljib

Yukdaljip is a grill restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving aged charcoal-grilled samgyeopsal and yukhoe bibimbap. Staff sear the meat first and then grill it from start to finish for the table. The grilled meat is placed on a grill warmed by three candles, and the restaurant has a separate area for a wait. It also has cabinets for storing clothing and seats by the window.
