Yeoksam-dong Bukeojip is a gisa sikdang in Seoul that serves bukeo jjim baekban. A whole small bukeo goes into the dish, and the broth is spicy and slightly sweet. Food arrives in under three minutes after you sit down, and you can get more rice and broth. The banchan are simple and few in number.
