The Square at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

The Square is a hotel buffet on the second floor of Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam in Gangnam, Seoul. It serves Korean, Western, Japanese, and Chinese dishes along with seafood, including hoe, sushi, steamed king crab, soy-marinated crab, salads, and desserts, with fruit cut into pieces. On weekends the staff keep refilling the food so the trays do not run empty even when the buffet is busy. The meat dishes fall short in taste compared with how they look and how they are presented.
