Sushi Sanwon Cheong

Sushi Sanwon Cheong is a sushi restaurant near Yeoksam Station in Seoul that serves omakase at lunch and dinner. The meal moves from smoked flounder and tuna sashimi through steamed abalone and grilled sablefish to sushi of sea bream, hairtail, horse mackerel, and scallop. Lunch omakase is booked through CatchTable and runs to 18 courses including dessert, served at a counter of about 14 seats. The space is small, so conversation is difficult when several people are seated together.
