Subway

Subway Yeoksam, a sandwich shop in Gangnam, Seoul, builds sandwiches, wraps, and salads to order with a choice of ingredients. Orders can add egg mayo and avocado to a BLT, or take an Italian BMT as a salad, with bread and fillings selected in sequence. At lunch, office workers crowd in and the line gets long, but the staff is large and fast, so orders come out quickly. The store has about 7 to 9 seats, so finding a place to sit at lunch is difficult.
