Songhwa

Songhwa main branch sits in Gangnam, Seoul, down an alley from Exit 4 of Yeoksam Station toward Gangnam Station. It serves Korean dishes including gang doenjang, natural mak hoe, and bulgogi. The bulgogi broth gets its heat from sliced chili peppers rather than gochugaru, and the table is set with gang doenjang as a plain Korean meal. A second branch is at Ramada Hotel, and the main branch has an open-plan space.
