Sinbuja Sikdang

Sinbujasikdang is a grilled meat restaurant near Gangnam Station that serves thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar. Staff cut and grill the meat at the table, and the meal comes with myeonginanmul, kongnamul-guk, and bibim naengmyeon (cold noodles). The store is large, well ventilated, and located on the second floor, and around 8 p.m. customers can be seen waiting in front of the entrance. When the restaurant is crowded, orders are slow and the store becomes noisy.
