Sinbok Myeongwan

Sinbokmyeongwan is a Chinese restaurant near Exit 1 of Gangnam Station in Gangnam, Seoul, serving dim sum and knife-cut noodles. The xiaolongbao have thin skins filled with meat juice, and the wuyu daoxiaomian uses thick, wide, chewy noodles. A local Chinese chef does the cooking, and the seating runs from single seats to tables for six. Ordering mapo tofu comes with a bowl of rice.
