Seowon Jeongyuk Sikdang

Seowon Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher restaurant in Seoul that serves only saeng samgyeopsal and Hanwoo chadolbagi. It grills thick chadolbagi and pork belly cut into squares, and cooks muchae in the pork fat instead of kongnamul. The sign is worn, but the interior and hygiene are kept clean, and fried rice is not on the menu. Parking is limited, with room for about three cars.
