Seouljib

Seouljip is a Hwanghae-style Korean restaurant in Yeoksam, Seoul, serving hand-made mandu guk and mandu jeongol. The mandu are fist-sized, with thick skins filled with tofu, meat, and mung bean sprouts, and the jeongol broth is clean rather than spicy. Ojingeo sundae stuffs whole squid with minced meat, and dogani suyuk is tender and chewy, served with chives and a house sauce. On weekdays at lunch and around 6:30 in the evening, there can be a wait for a table.
