Seolleung Dodam

Seolleung Dodam is a charcoal grill restaurant near Seolleung Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving aged Kagoshima and Jiri black pork and Hanwoo beef. The Dodam Set and Udon Hanpan include samgyeopsal, gabrisal, galbisal, and salchisal, and staff grill the meat through to the end. A downward ventilation system pulls smoke in directly, so clothes absorb less odor, and there is a 10-person room. Basic side dishes and sauces are made in-house, and doenjang jjigae, raw oyster muchim, and fried eggplant are served as well.
