Samsung Restaurant

Samseong Sikdang is a no-frills restaurant in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, that serves frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly) as its main dish. The pork belly comes with hand-cut pa muchim, and the kitchen also serves kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and beef stew. The grill plates show wear from the restaurant's 40-year history. Side dishes are limited to gim, garlic jangajji, and kimchi.
