Ryuma

Ryuma is a Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant near Seonjeongneung Station in Seoul that grills beef tongue, heart, and galbi-sal. It serves tokusen tongue, miso tongue, and yaki-shabu at tables or the counter, with highballs and Ebisu draft beer. At lunch a small charcoal grill is brought out, and the dinner course can be reserved through CatchTable. The meat is thinly sliced and cooks quickly, with a soft chew.
