Ryugyeong Hoegwan

Ryu Gyeong Hoegwan is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon restaurant in Yeoksam, a walk from Yeoksam Station, and it serves Pyeongyang naengmyeon alongside mandu guk and bibim naengmyeon. The signature dish is Pyeongyang mul naengmyeon: buckwheat noodles with egg, pear and suyuk in a clear, lightly salted broth. The restaurant makes its own noodles, and payment is made directly at a table kiosk. At weekday lunch there is a wait, as nearby office workers arrive at the same time.
