The tori paitan comes with a rich, cloudy chicken broth topped with sous-vide chicken breast and a soft-boiled egg, while the kara paitan adds spice to the same chicken broth. The shop has counter seats and an open kitchen, and even when a wait forms at lunch, the fast turnover gets customers seated quickly. Noodles, broth, and rice are refilled for free.
